powerpc/c29xpcie: Enable configs to use generic board code

Add configs:
  o CONFIG_SYS_GENERIC_BOARD
  o CONFIG_DISPLAY_BOARDINFO
in C29XPCIE config header file to use U-boot generic
board code.
